RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at info@sayarahome.store. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back to us. Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please take a moment to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right for you.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
